Refund Policy

EwastePoint operates primarily in B2B sourcing and trade services, not retail sales. Therefore, refunds generally do not apply once a transaction or agreement is confirmed.

However, if a transaction is cancelled before pickup or documentation processing, we may consider refunding service or handling fees on a case-by-case basis.
All such requests must be raised in writing within 7 days of payment.

No refunds will be issued once collection, transportation, or certification processes have begun.
